General Instruction

• Preferably use Google Chrome Browser.
• These instructions pertain to students appearing for ATKT examinations of Sem V.
• In order to ensure smooth and quick filling of the ATKT Form, please keep the following ready:
1. Colour photograph less than 50kb in size, (.jpeg format)
2. Signature less than 50kb in size, (.jpeg format)
3. Previous Marksheet for Sem V (.jpeg format)
• Only after the successful payment of the fees, the process of filling the ATKT form will be completed, and a Receipt/ Hall Ticket will be generated.
• Students will be required to take a print of the Receipt/ Hall Ticket and produce it at the time of appearing for the examination. If they fail to do so, they will NOT be allowed to appear for the examination.
• Fees can be paid through DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / UPI / NET BANKING.
• UPI payment mode is free but other payments may chargeable as per government/bank’s guidelines.
• Note down your payment details (Screenshot) for future reference.
• If payment is deducted from your account but receipt is not generated, we request you to wait for 24 hours or contact College Office in person (not on phone).
• Students will be responsible for filling all the details in the ATKT form correctly. No changes will be made later.
• Last Date for accepting the ATKT forms for Sem V is Oct 5, 2023. NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LAST DATE.
• However, science students who have atkt in practical should fill the form by June 03, 2023 ONLY.
• Follow the following Steps after payment confirm:
  1. Visit the link: https://patkarvardecollege.com/AIDED/ATKT/student/
  2. login with your id and password
  3. Click on the icon available at Right side of Black header
  4. Click on Make Payment Tab
  5. Complete your payment Process
  6. again Click on the icon available at Right side of Black header
  7. Then click on Upload Document option, upload ur document
  8. Then click on Print ATKT form option
